حذف حسابك في «عندكم؟»

يمكنك حذف حسابك بإحدى طريقتين:

1. من داخل التطبيق: الملف ← حذف الحساب ← تأكيد. يتم الحذف فوراً.
2. من هذه الصفحة: أرسل بريداً إلى indkom@hashem.sa من أي بريد، بعنوان «حذف حساب» مع رقم جوالك المسجل. سنرسل رمز تحقق إلى جوالك لتأكيد الملكية ثم نحذف الحساب خلال ٧ أيام.

ما يُحذف: رقم الجوال، الاسم والصورة، موقعك ونقاط التحقق، رموز الإشعارات، إعلاناتك وصورها، ورسائلك (تُفرغ من المحتوى).

ما يُحتفظ به: التقييمات التي منحتها لجيران آخرين (بدون اسمك)، والبلاغات المتعلقة بالسلامة لمدة ٣٦ شهراً، وسجلات المعاملات المكتملة مجهولة الهوية، وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

Delete your Indkom account

Delete your account either way:

1. In the app: Profile → Delete account → confirm. Deletion is immediate.
2. From this page: email indkom@hashem.sa with the subject “Delete account” and your registered mobile number. We send a verification code to that number, then delete within 7 days.

Deleted: phone number, name and photo, location and verification points, push tokens, your listings and photos, your messages (content blanked).

Retained: ratings you gave other neighbours (without your name), safety reports for 36 months, and anonymised records of completed hand-overs, as described in the Privacy Notice.
