The employee app for companies that already run Odoo HR. Staff punch in and out at their work site, read their payslips and leave balances, and send HR requests — all against the employer's own Odoo 19 server. Made and owned by EHC, licensed to employers.
What it does
- Attendance with a geofence. One location reading per punch, checked against the site radius. Unusual punches can require a live in-app photo, if the employer turns that on.
- Money. Payslips, statements and loan requests, read straight from Odoo Payroll.
- Time off. Balances and requests from Odoo Time Off, approved in the normal Odoo flow — no parallel system.
- Requests. Permission hours, letters, complaints, corrections, profile updates and remote-punch requests.
- Arabic and English, right-to-left and left-to-right, chosen per user.
How it fits your Odoo
Dawam is a native app for iOS and Android plus a small Odoo 19 module, eh_dawam. Staff sign in as free portal users, so there are no extra paid seats. The employer keeps every record on its own server and stays the data controller; EHC never receives employee data unless it has been asked to operate that server.
Availability
