Delete your Dawam account

Dawam is installed by your employer. The app connects to your employer's own Odoo HR server, so your employer holds the data and decides when it is erased. EHC makes the app.

There are two ways to ask for your Dawam account to be closed:

  1. In the app: open Requests, tap New request, choose Delete my account and submit. The request goes to your HR department, and the app shows you when it has been approved.
  2. If you can no longer open the app: email support@hashem.sa from any address, with the subject “Delete Dawam account”, your employer's name and your work ID number. We pass the request to that employer's HR and confirm to you when it has been actioned.

Deleted as soon as the request is approved: every device sign-in and the API key behind it, your push-notification token, your app login, any unused registration code, and the GPS coordinates and photos attached to your punch records.

Retained: your attendance times, leave records and payslips. Those are your employer's statutory employment records, and Saudi labour and tax law requires them to be kept — closing the app account does not end your employment or erase your employment file. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

حذف حسابك في «دوام»

«دوام» تطبيق تستخدمه جهة عملك، ويتصل بخادم أودو الخاص بها، لذلك فإن جهة عملك هي التي تحتفظ بالبيانات وتقرر متى تُحذف. أما EHC فهي مطوّرة التطبيق.

لطلب إغلاق حسابك في «دوام» طريقتان:

  1. من داخل التطبيق: افتح الطلبات، ثم طلب جديد، واختر حذف حسابي وأرسله. يصل الطلب إلى الموارد البشرية لدى جهة عملك، ويظهر لك في التطبيق عند اعتماده.
  2. إذا تعذّر عليك فتح التطبيق: أرسل بريداً إلى support@hashem.sa من أي بريد، بعنوان «حذف حساب دوام»، مع اسم جهة عملك ورقم هويتك الوظيفية. نقوم بتحويل الطلب إلى الموارد البشرية لدى جهة عملك ونؤكد لك عند تنفيذه.

ما يُحذف فور اعتماد الطلب: جميع تسجيلات الدخول على الأجهزة ومفاتيح الوصول الخاصة بها، ورمز الإشعارات، وحساب الدخول للتطبيق، وأي رمز تسجيل غير مستخدم، وإحداثيات الموقع والصور المرتبطة بسجلات بصماتك.

ما يُحتفظ به: أوقات الحضور والانصراف وسجلات الإجازات وقسائم الراتب. هذه سجلات وظيفية نظامية لدى جهة عملك، وتُلزم أنظمة العمل والضرائب في السعودية بحفظها — وإغلاق حساب التطبيق لا يُنهي علاقتك الوظيفية ولا يمحو ملفك الوظيفي. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
