What is collected, and why
- A session cookie. Set so the site works and so you stay signed in. There is no advertising cookie, no analytics cookie and no tracking pixel on this site — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, nothing that follows you elsewhere.
- What you send through the contact form. Your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, and your message. It is kept so the enquiry can be answered and followed up.
- Merchant accounts under /b7b. If you register a brand for the Made with Love marketplace, the form collects your contact details, your brand, and the bank account your payouts go to. That information exists to run the marketplace and to pay you, and is not used for anything else.
- Server logs. The host records IP address, browser and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
Who else sees it
Nothing here is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising. The site runs on Odoo's hosting, which processes the data on EHC's behalf. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your IP address reaches Google when a page loads — that is the only third party the pages call out to. Data is disclosed to anyone else only where the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Merchant and payment records are kept for as long as Saudi commercial and tax rules require. Server logs are kept for a short operational period by the host.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to a use, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to ebraheem@hashem.sa and you will get an answer within 30 days. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

If this notice changes materially, the new version is published here with a new date below.
